The push up. The most underrated bodyweight movement. THIS is the key to MURPH if you look to wear a Vest! 200 Push ups! Remember we have 1 Hour time CAP! YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT (perform it as our coaches demonstrate it) IN THE UNWEIGHTED PUSH UP TO ATTEMPT WITH A VEST.

Work for 10 minutes
Developing the turn over on the low rings

  1. set up position-feet under rings with false grip
  2. pull to sternum
  3. turn over shoulders forward hips back, bottom of rings
  4. press to support
