What is Lineage Nutrition?
Lineage Nutrition will start with a 3 month commitment between a nutrition coach under the Lineage roof and you. The 3 month duration ensures the process has the best opportunity to benefit you. We use this time to get to know each other and build trust around eating and lifestyle habits.
We may know each other on a coach/athlete basis which is great however, we probably don’t know the rest of your day to day. Overall healthy living is the goal in CrossFit and working out regularly is just one in many steps to become whole and healthy.
