MEMORIAL DAY MURPH
MURPH will be performed on MEMORIAL DAY per usual. We will have scaling options and team options for everyone. MURPH WILL BE UNPARTITIONED, meaning we will not move on to the next movement (push up) until all the required reps have been competed (of the pull up). Time CAP is 1 HOUR.
1 Mile run, 100 Pull ups, 200 Push ups, 300 Air squats, 1 Mile run

UPDATE_SEMI FINALS FOR- MAT
Thus far Mat has been prepared for the tests that he has been given. Mat has worked hard this year on becoming stronger and mobilizing to become as fit as possible. We believe it is paying off! He has one more workout to complete and then we look at potential retests based on his positioning in his field.

Thank you for being so amazing and taking an extra rest day or going to the park for the team WOD as we closed our doors for a CrossFit Seminar. Thes closures allow the Sport to grow, the curtain of uncertainty around the work CrossFit to lower. Having the gym close once in a while creates more coaches and gives more people a broad understanding of the CrossFit training methodology. This in turn will make the CrossFit ETHOS stronger.
