The Wheel Wod Games 2023-MAT HOTHO EDITION!

Last week we posted a blog that Mat Hotho had written about himself. We learned about Mats Cerebral Palsy and his competition experience thus far in an adaptive division within CrossFit.

He has competed online and has advanced to the WheelWOD Games. That event is coming up next week. Mat will be traveling up to Raleigh, NC to compete. Kelly, Coach Andy and Nick P. from the 9AM class will be joining him during the competition for support! No plans you say, JOIN US!

This coming Thursday-Sunday (11/30-12/3) over the course of 10+ events Mat will be in live competition with many others!

So Far we know of two Events: RANDY PLUS (we all got a taste of this one on Friday, thanks Mat!) and the other one we know about is a SWIM!
