THE GOAL BOARD
Hey FAM! It is time to write up your goals for the next 12 months! I took photos of the goal board and I erased it!
Put your thinking caps on and reflect on the OPEN, where would you like mind the gap?
YOUR JOB is to find a max of 3 things to focus on. If we add more than that we may get distracted.
MEASURABLE, OBSERVABLE, REPEATABLE- these are the three things CrossFit identifies and ways to show that improvements have been made. for Example MEASURABLE-back squat or pull up, OBSERVABLE-physical adaptations to your body-muscle gain, body comp, REPEATABLE– benchmark workouts that we want to accomplish or do better at next time they pop up.

The 2025 CrossFit OPEN has ended
The OPEN has ended and as reflect on the good , the bad, and the really bad (LOL) we also come together to celebrate the end of the OPEN with the community party over the weekend!
THE OPEN ran smooothyl and we all hit those workouts HARD!

WE SURVIVED THE OPEN!
What a fun time it is to hangout in regular clothes and just sit and get to know each other more and more! Thank to everyone who was bale to come chill with us at HOB Dunedin on Saturday! We are looking forward to many more of these as we continue to create strong people, bonds, mindsets and community.
CLOSED SATURDAY -ALMOST BACK TO NORMAL SCHEDULE
This coming weekend is the last weekend we have before we get back to our normal schedule at LCF.
This Saturday 3/29-3/30 we will be closed!
We believe that in order to make sure CrossFit gyms continue to grow and understand the need for further coaching education, we should open our doors and provide a space for that to happen. It is considered a privelage and a duty to hodt thee type of events and we know it puts a hiccup in your schedule.
We will not have any morning Saturday classes as we are hosting a CrossFit Level 2 Seminar. This means that Seminar staff are coming to the gym to teach current CF L-1 coaches how to further develop their craft. 18+ coaches will be coming to LCF for this 2 day seminar.

How do we make it etra fun you say?!?!?
2 back to back metcons to make sure you really get a good workout in before we close the gym for the seminar!
PLUSSSSSSS, Coach Kayla will be hosting an offsite workout at a local park @ 9:15am on this Saturday! More details to come!!!!!!!!
