Hey team!
Robert Fahey aka “Fahey” has been a member for just over 3 years. I knew Fahey before we opened LCF so having him join us shortly after we opened was really cool! Since then him and I have worked specifically on nutrition and mobility.
Fahey, last year, signed up for our nutrition program. During that time he experienced some awesome body recomposition, loosing excess weight and getting stronger at the same time.
The cool thing about this is that him and I get to check in regularly with each other and stay accountable. Over time Fahey has built the skills needed to maintain healthy food habits like eating whole foods more and meal prepping.
Just this week Fahey tells me some amazing news and he said I could share it with you all!
Fahey has lowered his A1C (blood sugar) down to under 5.7! Which means that he is NO LONGER DIABETIC! HE NO LONGER REQUIRES ANY MEDICATION! HE HAS REVERSED, IN A NATURAL WAY, ONE OF THE LARGEST MARKERS FOR CHRONIC DISEASE IN THE UNITED STATES!!!!!!!
