Mobility Seminar
Over the weekend DR. Tommy aka our member Tommy (LOL) provided a bunch of useful information about mobility. How to test and improve ROM. Once you can figure out what the problem is then you can fix it, right?! Tommy is providing weekly videos to help anyone who wants it!
Since Dr. Tommy does CrossFit with us, it is a huge help to have him be so willing to educate us all on best practices and technique.
We broke out into groups and worked on shoulders, T-spine (upper/ mid back), hips and ankles.
It was easy to follow along and we all left with an oppertunity to get free mobility videos to help us along the way to improving our quality of life and performance in the gym!
