I99 Gymnastics
We closed our doors over the weekend to expand our abilities as coaches and as athletes! for those of you that had an extra day off from working out, I hope you enjoyed your rainy day!
We had a really awesome time learning Gymnastics over the weekend. Coaches Whit, Cam , Rachel, Moana and Andy all took day one coaches seminar and received their Level one Gymnastics cert. Whit, Cam, Moana and Andy one tot day to to receive the Level 2 Gymnastics cert! CONGRATS TO ALL OF THEM!
Some members members took the stage as well and we packed the house there! Learning all sorts of new skills and efficiencies, we have become better gymnasts so we can be excellent Crossfitters!

YOU NEED: clean clothes to put on when you enter the plunge, we are not getting in the plunge in our sweat soaked underwear! Keep it clean for yourself and the next person!
The plunge is a great pre workout idea – 30 Mins prior to class.
We have provided a lot of FAQs and protocols near the units. Please read them prior to first use.
NEW COACH ALERT!
Coach CAM is stepping up in a big way and we are super excited to have his help as we continue to expand! Cam is coming to LCF in a higher capacity for our morning classes! He wants to be part of the next steps in LCF growth and we love that!
ANOTHER MEMBER HAS RECEIVED A CF-L1 CERTIFICATE
Built from his last CF OPEN experience and his opportunity to compete at the WheelWOD GAMES in 2023, Mat Hotho was inspired! Not only to see what he is fully capable of as an athlete by working out and training, but now in a more educated way also! His goals are to further understand the CrossFit training methodology for himself and down the road, for others. Mat is a natural attracter, he has a gravitation to new faces who walk into the gym and a desire to build community and camaraderie with everyone. It is like a super power!
